I have to admit that I briefly entertained the idea of switching to Nikon when the D700 was released. Never has the world seen such amazing ISO performance then! I'm selling the 40D and 10-22 lens to fund a 16-35 too. If only Canon made a wider UWA zoom lens. I think I will miss the 10-22 :p Hey Mark, it is an awesome camera eh?
