Yee Sang, a CNY dish which consists of raw fish, shredded ingredients, spices and crackers dressed with plum sauce. Traditionally served during CNY with friends and family where the yee sang is tossed with chopsticks while saying well wishes out loud. The higher you toss the yee sang the better your luck will be for the new year too!

So yummy with the extra salmon we had!

So it begins!

Then we went on with the main course, Clara’s Bak Kut Teh with plenty of mushrooms! Yummm!
