Lamb Dinner! Vegetarians be warned :P
What I had for dinner today
Before:
Mum said eat your greens and so I did!
After:
In between:
3 pieces lamb forequarter
Thyme, rosemary, oregano
Sea salt and cracked pepper
Squeeze of lemon
Approx 8 mins at 240C then another 5-7 mins at 200C
End result: Crispy, tasty fat and tender, juicy meat
BURP!
